Terms & Conditions

1. Pre-Order Policy:

  • All pre-orders require a non-refundable deposit of INR 2,000 (Domestic)/ $50 USD (International) to confirm the order.
  • Artified reserves the right to terminate any order without notice and issue a full refund of the deposit.

2. Delivery Policy:

Domestic (Deliveries within India)

  • Delivery timeframe:
    Standard: 10 months from the order date
    Priority: 15 days of payment confirmation
    Limited Series: 3 months from the order date

International (Deliveries outside of India)

  • Delivery timeframe:
    Standard: 10 months from the order date
    Priority: 15 days of payment confirmation
    Limited Series: 3 months from the order date

Shipping Damages:

  • If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will process a replacement at no cost to you upon confirmation.

3. Payment Policy:

  • The full payment must be received before the product is dispatched.

4. Refund Policy:

  • The deposit is non-refundable.
  • Artified may issue a full refund of the deposit if the order is terminated before the product is started.
  • Clients cannot request a refund after the product has been shipped or delivered.

5. Limitation of Liability:

  • Artified is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by the client after the product is delivered, or other issues with the product.
  • Please note that each piece is unique and may exhibit slight variations in color, design, and shape due to the handmade nature of the work. Minor imperfections such as small pores or bumps are inherent to the artisanal process and contribute to the unique character of each sculpture.

6. Governing Law:

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Any disputes  arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

Enforcement We take the protection of our intellectual property seriously. We actively monitor the market and the internet for unauthorized use. Any infringement of our rights will result in immediate legal action to the fullest extent of the law, including claims for damages, injunctions, and criminal prosecution.
